Our award winning crab cakes are made everyday using a classic Chesapeake recipe that is loaded with Jumbo Lump Crabmeat. The recipe has not changed since day one….why would it?
They are available fully baked and ready to serve or uncooked for you to prepare at home.
The crab cakes contain only crabmeat, eggs, mayonnaise, celery, parsley, onions, several seasonings and they are 5% breadcrumbs by weight. They come with complimentary tartar sauce or cocktail sauce. We are particularly conscious of food allergies and are happy to modify the recipe slightly should you need us to. Just call us the day before and we will take good care of you.
